Zen 4 - A Journey that Starts and Ends with You.
In 2018, I cofounded a company that was on a mission to change employee engagement. The goal was simple. Develop a product that would help employees bring the best version of themselves to work, everyday.
We spent countless hours discussing the current tools in the workplace for engagement, and found that while many offered metrics. What was missing was a product that would enable employees to thrive both in and out of the workplace. Its great to have support at work, but we wanted to provide support outside of work as well. Think self-help book, but with a Slack type usage model. That was the foundation for what eventually became Zen 4.
The company scaled very quickly, and found success in the market. We learned alot, cried and laughed, and realized our passion for helping others was the most inspiring part of the company. While the Zen4 system worked, and customers were seeing success, we pivoted to other ventures. We still support the program, and are always open to additional collaboration.
